• Dec 17, 2024: “1. A lift ticket for 1 DAY is $318. It is not worth the price. 2. Bought an Epic Pass to save on the lift ticket. My wife got injured and no refund on the day she did not use. Epic uses Sedgwick as their insurance broker that ensure you cannot get a refund unless your injury needs at least 30 days of assisted care. Whistler Guest Services do not help you with any concerns on the mountain when you use Epic. 2. You will be ripped off most restaurants at the village. Eg. One restaurant charged me for ketchup and then wanted at least 18% tip. The meal was at a pub and the total bill was $85 for two people. This was for a hamburger meal, a salad and poutine during Happy Hour. The quality and portion size was unimpressive.” 0
• Dec 5, 2024: “Oscar who worked at Whistler mid-station today was excellent. My girlfriend lost a glove on the way up the mountain. Oscar gave her one of his to use for the afternoon. Above and beyond!!” 1
• Oct 7, 2024: “The views are incredible and this is the best place to mountain bike - probably in the world. a MUST for anyone who bikes, wants too, or excels at it. They've all levels and the guides were excellent! Lines are long, but they do move quickly, and it's worth the wait. My issue was with the management company. The signs are super confusing, the people at the desks - while totally nice and kind - were not clear on our reservations - and I had to essentially get in three lines to get everything taken care of for our group of 8. They are not flexible at all, but when we made online reservations as a group, it made it seem like everything would be easy and well taken care of. It was a hot mess for busy CEOs who had everything pre-arranged to have to handle this. I guess my learning is to not book ahead? I'm not sure. The overall experience they had was fine though, thanks to my being on site and handling all of the messiness of checking in,” 2
