• Oct 7, 2024: “The views are incredible and this is the best place to mountain bike - probably in the world. a MUST for anyone who bikes, wants too, or excels at it. They've all levels and the guides were excellent! Lines are long, but they do move quickly, and it's worth the wait. My issue was with the management company. The signs are super confusing, the people at the desks - while totally nice and kind - were not clear on our reservations - and I had to essentially get in three lines to get everything taken care of for our group of 8. They are not flexible at all, but when we made online reservations as a group, it made it seem like everything would be easy and well taken care of. It was a hot mess for busy CEOs who had everything pre-arranged to have to handle this. I guess my learning is to not book ahead? I'm not sure. The overall experience they had was fine though, thanks to my being on site and handling all of the messiness of checking in,” 0
• Sep 18, 2024: “Nice mountain but we got so many wrong information from the employees on the mountain that they ruined our day. If you want to make sure the information you getting is correct ask 3 or 4 of them, perhaps it will be one correct but not sure. The customer service at Whistler Black-comb is terrible. The Restaurant was closed by 3 pm but we were told they are open till 3:30. Long line up for coffee in the both mountain as the stuff are busy talking to each other and ignoring the customers. Overall my experience in the mountain was so bad that will never come back.” 1
• Sep 18, 2024: “Gondola trip (peak to peak, i.e. Blackcomb to Whistler). Such a wonderful experience, enjoyed every moment of it with my parents in their seventies - amazing views without much of walking/climbing. Definitely worth the ticket price.” 2
